Customers may be able to manage parts of their subscription through their customer portal, including payment method updates and available subscription actions such as pause, skip, or cancel, where enabled.

Requested changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or is already in fulfillment, and any approved change may apply to a future order cycle instead of the current one.

SECTION 6 - PICKUP AND DELIVERY

Customers select a pickup or delivery option at checkout where available. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate fulfillment information.

If you need to request a fulfillment change after checkout, contact Fatty Boy Inc. directly. We do not guarantee that requested changes can be made after an order is placed.

Customers are responsible for picking up or receiving their orders in a timely manner. Fatty Boy Inc. is not responsible for issues caused by delays in pickup, missed delivery windows, or incorrect customer-provided fulfillment information.

Fatty Boy Inc. products should be handled, stored, thawed, and served according to our provided instructions. Once thawed, food should be kept refrigerated and used within the recommended timeframe.

We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, mishandling, or feeding practices after delivery or pickup.
